All of the wines on their shelves are chosen with love and eye for quality. The team of Lama La Uva is very passionate about their work and love to explain the story behind each bottle you can find. They have a designated space where tastings can be arranged so you can try their wonderful wines and recommended pairings.
Flor de Sal
In 2010, Flor de Sal was born, a small wine store located on Carlos Cañal Street. They owe the success of their wine tastings to their extensive knowledge, genuine hospitality and the variety and exclusivity of their Spanish wines. All the wines they work with are exclusive to Flor de Sal.
In the tastings, people can learn from André Salla, the soul of Flor de Sal who has been in Spain since 2006. André has a long resume in hospitality from cooking and sommelier training in Brazil, to arriving in Spain and having all the training as a sommelier and approved trainer in Sherry wines as well as in multiple other wine types. To continue improving and offer more and better services, Flor de Sal has moved to Calle Espinosa y Cárcel, 10 in Nervión, where André has begun to offer wines by the glass.

Casa Orzaez
Casa Orzáez is a meeting point between small honest producers, conscious citizens and good food. The adventure began in 2003 with the creation of their dairy workshop, a cheese factory located in Castilblanco de los Arroyos, in the Sierra Norte of Seville. There they make cheeses from raw goat milk from the native Florida Sevillana breed, raised in extensive pasture livestock, through a manual process and using only their own natural ferments. In 2016 they decided to open their own store in their hometown, Seville.
Casa Orzáez is a multipurpose family project, in which you can sit at the table to try the products they offer, take them home and transform them to your liking, or both! The intention is to serve as a link between people concerned about what they consume and how that product affects or enriches our biodiversity and ourselves. They live by the philosophy “you are what you eat”.

Productos de la Sierra
Productos de la Sierra was started by a couple that in 2014 wanted to set up a small shop to bring the products of their village (Aracena) to Sevilla. They have 6 important ‘rules’ that lay the foundation for their business: 1. Products only from Andalusia or Extremadura. 2. Work with small farmers and cooperatives. 3. Taste all products once before selling them. 4. Meet with all producers at least four times a year. 5. Respect the environment. 6. Take care of customers like friends. Productos de la Sierra has a nice shop in the Casco Antiguo and an extensive online webshop where you can buy all kinds of conscious food products.
Jamoneria Jose Luis Romero

Their tasting area mixes the traditional world of ham with the fresh and innovative trend of gourmet food markets.
